Tasks and decisions
Follow the work without passing messages between windows.
Describe the outcome
Say what you want, what must stay unchanged and when it should ask you. Attach the files it needs.
Open a task card
A background task has its own card. Open it to return to the original conversation. Hiding or closing the viewing window does not cancel the task. Ask explicitly to stop work.
Delegate several tasks
Keep sending new tasks and state each goal and priority. When changing an earlier task, identify it clearly so the instruction applies to the right work.
